The US M1833 Dragoon Saber has a blade forged from 1055 high carbon steel; it is etched with 填nited States Dragoons鋳 on a single side of the blade. The hilt is crafted from brass and the leather wrapped grip is fitted with bands of twisted brass.


The scabbard and its hanging rings are of steel.
