Late Roman Brass Deurne Helmet

This Late Roman Deurne Helmet is constructed from brass plates with brass-riveted construction. The cheekplates and neckplate are both hinged with integrated leather straps. The cheekplates are edged in leather and the entire interior of the helmet is lined with tight leather for cushion and comfort. An internal suspension of leather can be adjusted to modify the fit of the helmet to the head.

Cheekplate rings allow for a chin strap to be tied onto the helmet - a leather chinstrap cord is included.
