The lightweight poly/cotton fabric contains 5 metal rings which will keep your overskirt in a beautiful umbrella shape. Some assembly required. Insert 5 adjustable inner bands for the "bone", which have a plastic quick-detach buckle so rings can be removed for washing. You can start at the top or the bottom. Poly/cotton blend, white.
