Welcome to the Kolser X series. Mare’s Leg is the generic term for any Model 1892 rifle that has a shortened barrel and stock. Originally this iconic rifle was carried by actor Steve McQueen in the television series Wanted: Dead or Alive (1958-1961) and it was customized from a Winchester rifle.
The Kolser X Series are replica guns unlike any other on the market. They have a re-loadable chamber and a shell ejection system that make the experience as realistic as possible. Made from the metal alloy Zamak and a high-density resin that looks and feels like real wood, this Mare’s Leg rifle is 26 inches long, has a black finish, and comes with dummy shells designed specifically for the X Series rifles.
